Our refund policy is intended to be generous and our rates reasonable. We expect to offer you a full refund if we cannot respond back in time or if during the 15 minute call it becomes clear that your problem is not amenable to remote troubleshooting.
After the call, if you are unsatisfied, let us know and we should be able to work something out. I aim for you to get **more than your money's worth from the call.
